Company Overview
Microbrush International develops, produces, and markets disposable applicators designed for the placement of controlled amounts of materials in hard-to-reach areas. Microbrush is a wholly owned subsidiary of Young Innovations, Inc, a manufacturer and marketer of high quality dental equipment.

Role Overview

• Multiple temporary positions available, including:
  • Hand Sorters: sort applicator brushes so they are oriented correctly for machine operator
    • 8 openings – 1^st or 2^nd shift
  • Machine Attendants: watch for and clear jams from feeder-bowl machine
    • 3 openings – 1 for each shift (1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd)
  • Machine Operators (Trayers Machine): package finished product through traying machine
    • 3 openings – 1^st shift
• Positions pay $11.00-$13.00/hour, depending on role and experience
• Assignments will start as soon as August 28^th
• Project will last 12-16 weeks and employees hired will receive a bonus/incentive if they complete their full assignment and maintain a strong attendance record (as defined by the company)
• High-performing temporaries may be considered for conversion to permanent opportunities if they are available at the end of the assignment
• Shifts: 1^st - 6:00 am – 2:30 pm; 2^nd - 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm; 3^rd - 10:00 pm – 6:30 am (begins Sunday night)

Qualifications

• Experience
  • Hand Sorters – no previous experience required
  • Machine Operators (Front-end Machine Attendants and Traying Machine) – previous experience operating machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong attendance record and reliability
• Physical requirements
  • Ability to work while standing or walking 8 hours per day
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
  • Manual dexterity
• Must be available to work assigned shift Monday through Friday
