Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Handpiece Assembler to join our team at our Earth City, Missouri facility. This position will be responsible for building finished dental hygiene tools. It requires the use of multiple machined components and fixtures to assemble/inspect high quality dental equipment.


Responsibilities

• Build rubber dam frames using a variety of machines
• Ship and receive frames from vendors
• Maintain inventory levels on ERP system
• Maintain IPI inspection sheets and maintain inventory records
• Make tips and form according to vendor specifications

Qualification

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Experience working in a fast pace, high change environment with limited supervision: self-starter
• Must be able to work under time and pressure, and be able to plan and accomplish goals in a variety of tasks
• Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
• Must have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing goals
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment
• Ability to use a butane torch
• Knowledge of ERP systems and aptitude to learn new software applications
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as occasional lifting up to 25lbs
