American Eagle Instruments/Young Innovations is looking for a National Accounts Manager. Reporting to the General Manager under broad supervision, this position will have responsibility for achieving established customer, sales, and revenue targets for the company’s largest customers and brands.
- Develop and execute sales territory coverage plan, specifically: Customer maintenance, new customer acquisition, budgeting, forecasting, and by-customer/by-product sales initiatives and targets.
- Attend and deliver effective presentations at assigned accounts’ headquarter locations, tradeshows, and in other market/clinical settings.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and communicate market information so that effective programs/strategies can be developed.
Training and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or related field and 5+ years successful sales experience. Thorough understanding of the sales cycle and demonstrated capacity in all phases.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills. Good computer skills.
