Under direction from the Quality Assurance Manager, develops, delivers and tracks training of employees. The Training Coordinator monitors and reports the status and effectiveness of the training program.
Administration of the training program, update of the training tracking system, and coordination of training sessions, possibly across multiple shifts.
Work with other departments to assess training needs and to develop training program for the different functions within the facility.
Develop, implement and deliver training for varying levels of individuals in different departments.
Evaluate training progress and status of training to ensure compliance to the applicable operating procedures.
Report on the status of the training program for assessment of compliance and to ensure visibility to upper management.
Ensure that the training system encompasses all necessary elements, e.g., GMP, safety, OSHA, quality principles, etc.
Maintain Young Dental training file system.
RELATED DUTIES: Support efforts to ensure compliance of the training program during audits and inspections.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a training function of similar duties.
Ability to motivate other employees.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment
Must be able to stand for long periods of time occasionally.
Use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets. Work in a manufacturing plant environment, with some abnormal variations in temperature, unavoidable fumes, noise, dust and atmospheric conditions.
