Temporary Order Entry Representative
 

Role Overview
We are looking for a Temporary Order Entry Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team at our Algonquin, Illinois, office. The person hired will support our fulfillment center order entry team by reviewing customer orders for free goods and samples, and accurately and efficiently processing them into our ERP system.
This is a temporary position which we anticipate should last approximately 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in box/fax for all incoming free goods and sample requests
• Verify free goods claims against current promotions
• Process free goods and sample orders
• Document any denied claims
• Communicate to customer any denied claims

Qualifications

• Prior experience doing order entry or data entry strongly preferred
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office: Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and proven success accurately and efficiently completing tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
